Brandon D. Willms
Brandon D. Willms was born and raised in the Southern California. Mr. Willms spent his childhood living
in Lake Arrowhead, California, a small mountain town. Mr. Willms received a Bachelor of Arts degree in
English from the University of California, Los Angeles. After graduating from UCLA, Mr. Willms attended
Chapman University, School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Willms was admitted
to the Colorado Bar in 2015.
Prior to joining Torbet Tuft & McConkie, Mr. Willms served as a Deputy District Attorney for
approximately three and half years, serving both El Paso and several rural counties throughout
Colorado. As a Deputy District Attorney, Mr. Willms has chaired a few dozen trials ranging from DUIs and
misdemeanor domestic violence to kidnapping and first-degree murder.
As the son of a general contractor and real estate agent, Mr. Willms brings a personal and unique
perspective to his practice in business and real estate litigation.
Like many, Coloradoans, Mr. Willms enjoys outdoor activities such as, backpacking, fishing, and hiking
14ers. Mr. Willms also enjoys playing guitar, wood working, and cooking.
